My World- Renaissance 2.0

Returning to my initial artistic roots means reconnecting with my own beliefs and convictions about art. Having received my artistic education in the United States, my first exposure to art was the sculptures of the Renaissance period in the Western tradition. Sculptures of that time emphasized muscular contours and the perfect proportions of the human body, showcasing the power and beauty of sculpting and inspiring my admiration for the art form.

The term "Renaissance" itself means rebirth or revival. Originally referring to the rebirth of classical artistic traditions, it also connotes a quest to draw from one's historical roots to foster renewal.

In today's fast-paced world that often prioritizes quick results and lacks emotional depth, I aim to create sculptures that represent modern sensibilities while retaining classical beauty and craftsmanship. I seek to blend the old with the new, breaking existing frameworks to present innovative works.

Returning to my original intentions and reaffirming my beliefs sparks a new renaissance within me.
